Membership is open to youth accommodation providers and organisations which supply goods or services to the youth accommodation industry.

STAY WYSE & WYSE Travel Confederation Membership

A special agreement has been negotiated between all full members of STAY WYSE (accommodation providers) and WYSE Travel Confederation. Under the terms of this agreement STAY WYSE members will also be required to become members of WYSE Travel Confederation.

STAY WYSE Accommodation Provider members with less than 200 beds will be assigned 'Category 1 Full Members' of WYSE TRAVEL CONFEDERATION at no extra cost. (The cost of WYSE TRAVEL CONFEDERATION membership for these organisations will instead be covered by the STAY WYSE Association).


STAY WYSE Accommodation Provider members with more than 200 beds will be required to join WYSE TRAVEL CONFEDERATION as "Category 2 or 3 Full Members" and pay the corresponding annual membership fee. For the WYSE TRAVEL CONFEDERATION membership fees please refer to the application form.


Membership Fees

Annual STAY WYSE membership fees are as follows:

Accommodation Provider: 1 - 50 beds € 100
Accommodation Provider: 51 - 100 beds € 200
Accommodation Provider: 101 - 200 beds € 350
Accommodation Provider: More than 200 beds € 400
Service Providers* € 400
Affiliate** € 400


* A service Provider is an organisation specialising in youth and student travel or international education which has a proven involvement in youth and student accommodation services (e.g. bookings) but which does not directly provide youth accommodation itself

**Any organisation which does not specialise in youth and student travel or international education, but which is a supplier of goods or services to the youth accommodation industry (e.g. insurance, cleaning, catering services, etc) is eligible for Affiliate Membership.

Note: For organisations operating more than one hostel, the number of beds for membership purposes, is the cumulative number of beds in all hostels operated by your organisation.
