STAY WYSE Conference keynote topic announced: Great innovative brands know the magic words are ‘consumer trust’
Many of today’s most successful brands have totally innovated their marketplace and redefined their sector.
Edelman will share insights and trend analysis on consumer attitudes to brand innovation conducted in a global survey with 10,000 consumers in 10 countries, with additional qualitative research among millennials in 5 countries.
They discovered that it does not matter what geography, demographic or sector…two-thirds of consumers are conflicted, undecided and need to be reassured before they purchase. Yet the research also uncovered a simple truth. Successful brands that innovate well create human relationships, they have many living qualities. Edelman calls them ”Earned Brands”.
STAY WYSE believes that the Hostel Business Sector can benefit from looking to other brands for inspiration. After all, in the digital age, the way in which consumers research, buy and recommend has fundamentally shifted.
This looks set to be an enlightening session that will spark ideas and debate throughout the conference.
