About the STAY WYSE Conference
The STAY WYSE Hostel Conference brings together businesses involved in the youth travel accommodation sector for two days of trading, education and socialising. Now in its third year the Conference has rapidly established itself as the place to meet new trading partners; from buyers, to operators, investors and suppliers.
Here are some of the key elements that make STAY WYSE so special:
Pre-schedule up to 20 business appointments with hosted buyers, suppliers and accommodation providers through our business-appointment tool Marcom. This convenient piece of technology allows you to search for delegates that you would like to schedule an appointment with. The scheduler will allow you to search by name, destination, city, country, etc. Once you have your search results you can then click though to see descriptions of each delegate in the system. As soon as you have found someone interesting that you would like to meet with, you can then via the scheduler send that person an appointment request. If he or she accepts your appointment request, Marcom will automatically schedule you both an appointment slot. All your appointments will be provided to you in a schedule a few days before the conference starts.
To give delegates a bit of a break from the business appointments we line up expert industry speakers to keep delegates updated and informed on all the latest hostel trends. This year we will be launching some interesting new concepts within the educational programme, so keep your eye out for what’s coming!
The social programme is a key component of the programme as it is where you both get to meet organisations that you have not met during the business appointments, but it also to continue conversations following on from the business appointments.
