Emily Silberstein

Director Brand Management, Motto by Hilton

Emily Silberstein serves as the Director of Brand Management for Motto by Hilton. Emily is responsible for driving the overall development of Hilton’s new micro-hotel brand, including strategic planning and mobilization of resources for key brand initiatives from initiation to execution, and developing fact-based business cases for strategies to support brand growth.

Previously, Emily was a Senior Manager on Hilton’s Global Brand Strategy team where she was responsible for brand development, growth strategies, and competitive positioning across all of Hilton’s hotel brands. She provided strategy support to the company’s brand leaders, including the white space identification and subsequent brand development for Tru, Tapestry, and Motto.

Prior to Hilton, Emily spent six years at Goldman Sachs on the Corporate Treasury team where she focused on liquidity risk and balance sheet management for the firm.

She earned her MBA in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colgate University.

Emily is a native of the Washington DC area and currently lives in Bethesda, Maryland with her husband, young son, and dog.
