The STAY WYSE Miami Buyer Programme offers selected buyer organisations special participation terms. Organisations selected for the Programme are categorised either as a Hosted Buyer or Non-Hosted Buyer.
Registered Hosted Buyers must comply with the following conditions:
- Limit attendance to buying activities only: use of attendance for selling any services or products to other conference participants is forbidden
- Secure a minimum of 21 business appointments with non-buyer delegates through Marcom ACE at least 24 hours prior to the event taking place
- Be present at all events within the conference programme
- Abide by the full Hosted Buyer terms and conditions, as well as the general STAY WYSE Miami terms and conditions
Hosted flights
Selected Hosted Buyers have been offered hosted flights. If you have been offered hosted flights, your booking will be reimbursed within 14 days after the conference. To receive the reimbursement, you should:
- Meet all Hosted Buyer terms and conditions
- Provide WYSE Travel Confederation with the flight receipt(s)
- Provide WYSE Travel Confederation with your bank details. Please note that missing bank details or flight booking receipt can cause a delay in processing your reimbursement.

Hosted accommodation
Freehand Miami Beach Hotel
Selected Hosted Buyers have been provided with accommodation at the Freehand Miami Beach Hotel. If you have been offered a complimentary stay at this hotel, your accommodation booking has already been processed and confirmed. To check in at the hotel you need present an ID with your full name on it – it is not required to provide a confirmation number. Please note that any extra charges such as hotel incidentals are not covered by WYSE Travel Confederation and need to be paid for upon checkout.
