Phil is the co-founder and Managing Director of two UK travel companies – Euroventure and GOAT Roadtrip. He has also started an initiative called Refugee Travel, which aims to connect Ukrainians fleeing conflict to UK host families.

Euroventure is a European package rail tour operator selling independent tailor-made trips as well as set departure group tours. When the pandemic started, GOAT Roadtrip was founded to operate in the UK domestic market as a campervan and motorhome hire operator, using Euroventure’s experience as a tour operator to package this with campsite accommodation.

Refugee Travel is an initiative that is entirely run by volunteers in Poland and the UK, which aims to provide a safe platform for hosts and refugees to match with each other before organising their transport across Europe, provided by partners in the travel industry.
