Eduardo Rodríguez Retuerta is a Contract Specialist for Europe at G Adventures, with more than 15 years of experience in the travel space. His career has taken him from guiding groups across Europe to managing large operational networks, developing tours from the ground up, and leading contracting and supplier partnerships for some of the biggest names in the industry. He has also guided and developed tours in Canada for smaller companies such as Sandbanks Vacations and a particularly meaningful one—The County Picnic, his wife’s own business.

Edu has worked with brands including PEAK DMC, The Travel Corporation (Busabout), and Golden Tours, building strong relationships, shaping travel products, and supporting teams that deliver meaningful, culturally rich experiences to thousands of young travelers every year.

He is driven by people, connections, and the belief that travel—done right—can open minds, build confidence, and change the way we see the world. This philosophy guides both his professional work and his personal life, as he brings his children along on journeys to places such as Egypt, India, Oman or Italy, to name a few.

At G Adventures, Edu combines analytical thinking with creativity and collaboration to craft experiences that connect travelers with local communities in a responsible, positive way.
