Matthew has worked in marketing and travel tech for the last 10 years. Currently he heads up marketing for Plan3 – an Iceland based technology company that allows travel companies to solve passenger disruption at scale. He is the creator of the Airline ImPax Report, an air travel benchmarking tool analysing data from the top 290 airlines. Matthew is also a director at Grounded, the only airline leaders summit dedicated to passenger disruption management.
