General information

The STAY WYSE Conference facilitates business between youth travel accommodation providers and buyers. Typically, buyer organisations are traditional and online travel agents, FIT and group tour operators or wholesalers.

The STAY WYSE Conference Buyer Programme offers selected buyer organisations special participation terms.

If you would like your organisation to be considered for the STAY WYSE Conference Buyer Programme, please complete the STAY WYSE Conference buyer application form. Once we are in receipt of references, applications are reviewed against STAY WYSE Conference buyer selection criteria:

  • Whether or not the applicant organisation buys youth travel accommodation
  • Scale of current business
  • Potential for future business
  • Outbound region(s)
  • Priority destination(s)
  • Feedback from references
  • Previous STAY WYSE Conference attendance
  • Previous STAY WYSE Conference participation outcomes (business appointment statistics and provider feedback)
  • WYSE Travel Confederation membership

Note that there are limited buyer places available and as such we operate on a first come, first served basis.

As an outcome of the STAY WYSE Conference buyer application, eligible organisations will be invited to take part in the conference as Hosted Buyers, and Hosted Buyer participation benefits, terms and conditions will apply as described below. Organisations that do not wish to follow buyer terms and conditions are offered participation as Non-hosted Buyers.

Hosted Buyer package includes:

  • Hosted accommodation
  • Hosted flights
  • Listing as a buyer on the conference website and promotion through the conference Social Media
  • Access to Marcom ACE – an online business appointment scheduler
  • Pre-conference details of attending organisations through the online business appointment scheduler
  • Access to the conference educational programme
  • Entrance to the conference networking events, including lunches, refreshment breaks and evening receptions
  • Invitation for a buyer FAM tour (TBC)

Administration fee of EUR 149 applies
