President , EF Ultimate Break

A travel and adventure enthusiast, Heather Leisman brings more than 25 years of travel experience to her role as President of EF Ultimate Break, a leader in guided, experiential travel for young adults, ages 18-35. In this role, Heather leverages her vast experience in online travel, operations, and marketing to lead the vision, strategic direction, and execution of go-to-market growth strategies for the expansion of EF Ultimate Break.

Prior to EF, Heather served in a variety of executive positions within the travel industry, most recently as the North American President and Managing Director of UK-based Great Rail Journeys (GRJ). Before joining GRJ, she served as Vice President of B2B Marketing at Tripadvisor, Inc., where she created and executed the B2B marketing strategy for the world’s largest travel guidance platform. Prior to Tripadvisor, Heather held senior leadership roles at Jetsetter, HotelTonight, and Orbitz Worldwide where she honed her skills in value creation, growth strategies, general management, and online marketing.

Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. When she’s out-of-office, you’ll most likely find Heather jet-setting to a new or favorite destination or pursuing one of her other interests like skiing, running, biking, sailing, scuba diving or cooking.
